Box Profile Sheeting
The are many different single skin box profile sheets available throughout the country, however, each individual company manufactures their own specific box profile design. Our own design 'FORECLAD 32/1000' is set out below:
Foreclad box profile steel sheets are rolled to order and to the exact lengths required by you. Theoretically there is no maximum length we can produce although handling and transportation must be considered when ordering. The sheet gives a 1m set cover width after overlap. A wide range of colours are available from our stocks so we can provide a colour to suit the surrounding environment of your sheeting. Production of 'FORECLAD 32/1000' generally takes between 1-2 days from date of order, however, every effort will be made to improve on this where possible. (Please be aware of the manufacturing timescale when planning a date to fit materials.) If delivery is required we aim to deliver the materials within one week depending on current work loads.
A box profile roof-light equivalent to 'FORECLAD 32/1000' is also available for buildings requiring natural light. The roof-light is made up of a special fibreglass material for both strength and durability purposes. The dimensions of the roof-light are identical to the steel sheet and can be overlapped to fit in line or by the side of a steel sheet. 'FORECLAD 32/1000' roof-lights are kept in stock at 20ft lengths and can be cut down to order as required by you and priced accordingly.
